Position Description:


We are searching for a Director of Sales for a leading consumer products company, to oversee the sales strategies and ensure volume and profit objectives are attained for the assigned account.  This Director will oversee a team of direct reports and is responsible for gaining a full understanding of the accounts needs to further develop a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship.  This position will maintain a positive rapport with the customer account and communicate opportunities for growth with the executive team.


 


Primary Requirements:



  • Sales Management experience within CPG industry

  • Established professional relationships with Target executives

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Proven experience successfully managing a sales team
